At Iceburg, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we only offer replacements in case of damaged or defective products.

A replacement request will only be accepted if:

  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The item is defective upon arrival

Reporting Time

Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Proof Required

To process your request, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the damaged/defective product
  • Order details

Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Order cancellations after shipping
  • Returns for used or non-damaged products

Replacement Approval

Once verified by our team, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.
